Linked Assist is a software made specifically for technical support.  It is compatible with all platforms and provides additional tools required to improve your support.  In addition, tech support can record and review notes for merchants and draw on screen to assist with troubleshooting.

The merchant will need to download the app and log in with the username and password that you provide.  You have full control over registering your merchants into the system. You can deploy credentials to your merchants via email through the web based software.
